How billing works

No seats. No surprises.

Meeting-hour

Metered by the hour

One meeting-hour is an hour of conversation the agent captures and processes. A 30-minute call is half a meeting-hour — you only pay for what runs.

Indexed document

Everything it remembers

A document is any unit of memory Queryable indexes for search — a transcript, a Discord thread, a GitHub issue, an email. Your plan sets how many it keeps live.

No per-seat

Invite everyone

Add your whole team, clients and contractors at no extra cost. You pay for the platform and the meeting-hours you run — never for headcount.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What's included in the Free plan?

Free is for individual use: 10 meeting-hours a month, up to 15 indexed documents and 1 connected channel. You still get transcripts, summaries, action items and cited answers across everything it captures. The 10 hours are a hard cap rather than a metered allowance — when you need more hours, documents or channels, move to Starter.

What exactly is a “meeting-hour”?

An hour of meeting audio that the agent joins and processes. It's prorated to the minute, so a 25-minute call costs roughly 0.42 meeting-hours. Async channels like Discord, GitHub and email are billed by indexed documents, not by the hour.

What counts as an indexed document?

Any unit of content Queryable keeps in your searchable memory: a meeting transcript, a Discord thread, a GitHub issue or PR, a WhatsApp conversation, an email. Free keeps 15 live; Starter keeps 100; Complete keeps up to 550; Enterprise is unlimited.

Do you charge per user?

No. There are no per-seat licenses. Pricing is a monthly platform fee plus metered meeting-hours, so inviting more people never raises your bill on its own.

What happens if I go over my included hours?

On any paid plan, extra meeting-hours are simply billed at $0.50 each — the same rate, no penalty tier. The price simulator above shows your total at any volume. Free is the exception: its 10 hours are a cap, so you'd move to Starter to keep going.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime; changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Move from Free to Starter when one channel or 10 hours stop being enough, to Complete when you need more channels or documents, or to Enterprise when you want to self-host.

How is the Enterprise plan different?

Enterprise runs entirely on your own infrastructure — single-tenant, with your data never leaving your machines. It adds SSO, audit logs, data residency and an SLA, and is priced per engagement rather than metered. Talk to sales.

Spin up Queryable, run a call, and watch the notes, action items and answers show up — billed by the hour, not the head.
